1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all UK Mainland.

2. How does Nationwide Delivery work?

All dishes are properly frozen to keep them fresh, they are packaged and insulated properly in a temperature control box which keeps your dishes cool for several hours even if left outside. Orders will be delivered between Tuesday and Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot.

3. How is my fresh food packaged for delivery?

Food is frozen for a minimum of 24 - 48 hours, we take great care in packaging your fresh food to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Depending on the items you've ordered, your package may include insulated boxes, ice packs, and environmentally-friendly packaging materials. Our goal is to maintain the optimal temperature and freshness of your food during transit.

4. How long does it take for the food to be delivered?

You will receive your order between 2- 3 working days from the day your order is paid for and confirmed. If you have a specific day between Tuesday and Friday you want your order to be delivered, please let us know in the comment section when placing your order or contact us directly to order.

5. What days do you deliver?

All orders will be delivered every Tuesday to Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Cut off time to place an order for delivery on Tuesday is by midday on Saturday. Cut off time to place an order for delivery on Friday is by midday on Tuesday. We currently do not offer weekend deliveries outside Newport due to the operation of our courier.

6. What happens if I miss my parcel or I am not available during the delivery time?

If you won't be home at the time of delivery, you can specify delivery instructions when placing your order. Our delivery team will follow these instructions to leave your package in a secure location, such as a cooler or with a neighbour. You can also reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. It is your responsibility to have alternative options in place to collect your parcel for e.g leaving a note to advise the delivery driver a safe place to keep the parcel or asking a family member or friend to collect from your address. We will not be liable for any missed parcels.

7. Can I order something that is not listed on the menu?

Yes, please send us a message for more information and a quote will be provided.

8. Do you offer same-day delivery for fresh food?

Yes. We will need a minimum of 6 hours’ notice. All meals are made from scratch. (This only applies to Newport Residents and surrounding areas). For Local delivery and pick up, please contact us for more details.

9. Do you cater to different dietary requirements/allergies?

Yes. Please inform us if you have any special dietary requirements and/ or allergies when placing your orders.

10. What is the size of your litre bowls

Please see below the dimensions and pictures of bowls we use. Please note for 6 Litres order, it will be a combination of 2 & 4 litres.

11. What happens if my fresh food arrives damaged or spoiled?

We strive for excellence in every delivery, but if you receive damaged or spoiled items, please contact us immediately. We have a satisfaction guarantee and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
