Fresh spinach and fresh pumpkin leaves (Ugu), assorted meat (Beef/Shaki/Ponmo/Chicken/Cowfoot), Smoked Hake (Panla), Smoked Prawns(optional), palm oil, scotch bonnet, crayfish, and seasonings.

All dishes are properly frozen to keep them fresh, they are packaged and insulated properly in a temperature control box which keeps your dishes cool for several hours even if left outside.
All orders will be delivered every Tuesday and Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot.
You will receive your order between 2- 3 working days from the day your order is paid for and confirmed. If you have a specific day between Tuesday and Friday you want your order to be delivered, please let us know in the comment section when placing your order or contact us directly to order.
