Gizdodo is a delicious and savoury Nigerian dish that combines the flavours of fried plantains and spicy sautéed gizzards. This delightful fusion dish is a popular choice for both casual and special occasions, offering a burst of flavour and a delightful blend of textures. Gizdodo is made from ripe plantains, chicken or turkey gizzards, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and a special blend of spices.
Typically served as a main course or side dish at parties, gatherings, and celebrations. Gizdodo pairs perfectly with rice, fried yam, or can be enjoyed on its own.
Plantain, gizzard, bell peppers, onions, rosemary,thyme, garlic, curry powder, Sunflower/Vegetable oil, scotch bonnet, mixed herbs and spices/seasonings.
All dishes are properly frozen to keep them fresh, they are packaged and insulated properly in a temperature control box which keeps your dishes cool for several hours even if left outside.
All orders will be delivered every Tuesday and Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot.
You will receive your order between 2- 3 working days from the day your order is paid for and confirmed. If you have a specific day between Tuesday and Friday you want your order to be delivered, please let us know in the comment section when placing your order or contact us directly to order.
