Packaging & Delivery

All dishes are properly frozen to keep them fresh; they are packaged and insulated properly in a temperature-controlled box, which keeps your dishes cool for several hours even if left outside.

All orders will be delivered every Tuesday and Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot.

You will receive your order within 2-3 working days from the day your order is paid for and confirmed. If you have a specific day between Tuesday and Friday you want your order to be delivered, please let us know in the comment section when placing your order or contact us directly to order.

Pickup in Newport

Pickup is available in the Newport area.  Simply choose the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we’ll be in touch with your collection details. If you have a preferred pickup day or need to make special arrangements, please leave a note when placing your order or contact us directly.

We prepare all dishes fresh and package them carefully for you to collect on the day of pickup. Once you’ve picked up your order, please take it home as soon as possible, unpack the box, and place it in a cool, dry place to let off some heat to maintain its freshness and quality.

If you’re not ready to eat, you can keep it in the refrigerator after it has cooled down, and follow the reheating instructions provided with your order whenever you're ready to eat again.

Returns and Refunds Policy

As our food products are perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are prepared and packaged with care to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you have any concerns about the quality of your food, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order. We’ll be happy to review the issue and work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
