Ofe Nsala is a delicacy peculiar to the Igbo tribe of Nigeria. Ofe Nsala is known as white soup because palm oil is not used for the preparation. The soup is characterized by its thick and creamy broth, achieved by pounding cocoyam or yam into a paste and adding it to the soup. It contains a mix of proteins, including fish, assorted meats, smoked prawns (optional), scotch bonnet, crayfish, and seasonings.
The use of aromatic herbs like scent leaves and utazi leaves adds a unique and refreshing flavour to the soup.
Utazi/Uziza leaves, palm oil, cocoyam paste (for thickening), assorted meats (Shaki/ponmo/beef/chicken/cow foot), Smoked Hake (Panla), crayfish,Smoked Prawns(optional), scotch bonnet, and spices.
May contain Wheat, Celery, Gluten, Milk, Soya, and Eggs from seasoning products.Â

All dishes are properly frozen to keep them fresh, they are packaged and insulated properly in a temperature control box which keeps your dishes cool for several hours even if left outside.
All orders will be delivered every Tuesday and Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot.
You will receive your order between 2- 3 working days from the day your order is paid for and confirmed. If you have a specific day between Tuesday and Friday you want your order to be delivered, please let us know in the comment section when placing your order or contact us directly to order.
