We currently offer a pick up and delivery service in Newport, Cardiff, Cwmbran and other surrounding areas. Delivery fee applies depending on your location.

UK and Mainland Shipping
All dishes are properly frozen to keep them fresh, they are packaged and insulated properly in a temperature control box which keeps your dishes cool for several hours even if left outside.
All orders will be delivered every Tuesday to Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot.
If for any reason you are unable to receive the parcel on the agreed delivery date, it is your responsibility to have alternative options in place to collect your parcel for e.g leaving a note to advise the delivery driver a safe place to keep the parcel or asking a family member or friend to collect from your address. We will not be liable for any missed parcels.
Delivery will take between 2-3 working days from the day your order is paid for and confirmed. If you have a specific day between Tuesday and Friday you want your order to be delivered, please let us know in the comment section when placing your order or contact us directly to order.
Please note:
Cut off time to place an order for delivery on Tuesday is by midday on Saturday.
Cut off time to place an order for delivery on Wednesday is by midday on Sunday.
Cut off time to place an order for delivery on Thursday is by midday on Monday.
Cut off time to place an order for delivery on Friday is by midday on Tuesday.
We currently do not offer weekend postage outside Newport due to the operation of our courier. However, we offer same-day pickup and delivery services in Newport (Wales) and surrounding areas.
Additional Information (Ordering/Shipping/ Delivery)
Please give us at least 48 Hours’ notice when placing your order for postage and at least 6 Hours’ notice for when placing your order for local delivery.
Full payment will be required to confirm your booking.
Postage charge applies to All UK Mainland Addresses. Delivery charge applies to all local deliveries.
Delivery and Postage charges are non-negotiable.
Please ensure you give us your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and the correct full postal Address for postage. We would not take responsibility if your parcels were not delivered due to incorrect full addresses being provided.
We will aim to fulfil your order by the date specified when confirming your order. In some rare cases, our courier may be unable to deliver by the specified date, for instance, due to unexpected delays. In these instances, we aim to inform you of such delays.
Our food boxes are dispatched via 24 – 48 Hour courier and will usually arrive a day after it was collected from us. In some rare instances, the food box may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. As our insulation has been tested to keep the food inside safe for up to 48 hours, you agree to accept delivery where a delay has occurred, provided it is within the 48-hour period.
We will not be held liable if you miss your delivery, so please make sure you have alternative arrangements in place if you will not be available during the allocated delivery slot.
Please inform us as soon as you receive your food boxes IF on delivery, your food does not conform to its description or be of satisfactory quality for which dishes/products of that kind are commonly supplied.
Food/Product prices including delivery and postage charges can change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for and confirmed.
